William and Victoria haven't been blessed with their own children but another blessing has fallen on them. In the absence of real kids, they have been blessed with the opportunity to know and love dozens of their Reel Kids over the years. This has offered a unique opportunity to see the possibilities and also the pitfalls that come along with starting a film career at such a young age.

Victoria Donchess is one of Atlanta Georgia's first call Stand-In and Photo Double options for Child Actors in the Film Industry.

Victoria Donchess

C.E.O. of Atlanta Reel Kids

Victoria is a former child actor in the theatre. She spent her youth in drama and touring dance troupes. After taking a long break from the arts, Victoria got back into acting in the burgeoning film industry of Atlanta in 2013. Her first booking was in the realm of The Walking Dead on AMC. Her small stature got the production team in trouble because the AMC Suits showed up and had questions about the "child walker" by the prison. After explaining that the "child walker" in the field was a grown woman in her 30's, they still made the decision to pull her from that job and put her somewhere else. That was the best thing that could've ever happened because she was instantly put on the path to being one of Atlanta, GA's first call Stand-In and Photo Double for almost every production to use a child actor.

Aside from her duties on set supporting actors from her crew position, Victoria is also no stranger to also being an actor herself. Victoria has been in numerous commercials over the years. She has also won multiple awards at local Atlanta film festivals for her acting in narrative work.

In addition to her other duties on set, Victoria is also a certified Child Labor Coordinator for Georgia. With all of this experience, Victoria is poised to be a leader and a huge voice of influence for anyone looking to join the amazing film community.

William J. Sims

President of Atlanta Reel Kids

William is a working actor and voice actor in the Atlanta market with over 1,000 Voice Over projects behind him. William didn't grow up in the business but always had an interest in the arts. A child of the pre-internet 80's and 90's, William and his brother would watch actions movies of the era and then reenact them to pass the time on their farm in South Georgia.

After growing up and discovered he had a gift in music in his teens, William spent the next 2 decades gigging and playing music anywhere and everywhere that he could.

In college, William chose a degree path in Mass Media: Audio Production for his studies. It was an effort to make his music better by learning how to record. However, a class scheduling mistake put William on the path that he is still on. Accidentally landing in a video production class gave William a chance to write/produce/direct his first short film. William went on to write/produce/direct several other projects over the years. In addition to making his own projects, Willam has also found himself on an assortment of major Films and TV Productions in both the Indie and Studio lanes.

After a long writing and directing hiatus, William led a team in the 48 Hour Film Project of Atlanta in 2025. The film went on to be nominated in 6 categories and even won 2nd place overall!

Also a certified Child Labor Coordinator, William spends a lot of his time working alongside Child Actors in Atlanta.
